Japan Gaming Guide

A couple of bits of news doing the rounds courtesy of Double Fine productions. First up is a new game charting the adventures of a metal band roadie. Jack Black stars as Eddie Riggs in Brutal Legend which will also feature a cameo from Lemmy from Motorhead. The game sounds pretty wild so far, we can’t wait to get our hands on it.

The other piece of news is that unfortunately the rumours of a remake or even sequel to Psychonauts have proven false. The coming soon page that appeared on double fine’s website is apparently just a placeholder for a new site. Psychonauts was utterly fantastic but sold about 11 copies partly because the world is a cruel and evil place and partly because a few tiny little parts of the game were cruel, evil and very hard. Despite that we love it and would love a sequel.
