Sensible World of Soccer to arrive in November?

The all time classic Sensible World of Soccer has been expected on the Xbox Live Arcade for some time now. It has been delayed a few times, but developers Codemasters are hoping the game will make it out by the end of the month. The problem has been the famously laborious certification process for live titles. I guess that’s the price we pay for the quality of the live experience.

We’re really looking forward to firing up SWOS again and can’t wait to try the online mode. It’s understandable that it’s taking some time to perfect – the original game included pretty much every professional soccer league in the world (in 1994) and bearing in mind you can not only play, but manage and trade players, there’s a lot of complexity in there.

Our fingers are crossed.
